About the Massarra

When I arrived in Kurdistan, the German photographer 
Timon Koch contacted me and we planned to meet in Erbil a few days later.

 I told him about my Project and he instantly suggested to ask 
Massarra to be part in this. He met and photographed her a few days before.
I just knew that Massara has a difficult history and is
aiming for a better future abroad.
 Knowing this, I was a bit surprised to meet her and
 seeing her constantly joking around.
Timon will tell us a bit more, because he already
 spent a few days with her…
